Useless Plus One Card

So, you have Useless Cards, which do nothing at all, and then you have the Useless Plus One Card, which is a card with such a tiny effect as to be pretty much useless. The classic example is the Tiebreaker, a card which gives one hundred quadrillionth (that's 1/100000000000000) of a point. Now, the card has only one purpose: as a tiebreaker, hence its name.
